The client, a 29 year old individual father of three, received a motor vehicle ticket after proceeding straight in a right turn only lane, hired Boston Criminal Lawyer Steven J. Topazio to represent him at the initial Clerk Magistrate hearing. The police officer who wrote the traffic ticket is not required to appear at the initial hearing. Today, Massachusetts Criminal Lawyer Steven J. Topazio persuaded the Clerk Magistrate to find his client not responsible of both offenses.
