The client, a 46 year old cab driver and father of four, received a civil motor vehicle citation while taking a fare from Boston to Hingham, hired Massachusetts Criminal Attorney Steven J. Topazio to represent him. According to the citation, the client was caught on radar traveling 53 mph in a 35 mph zone. Today, Boston Criminal Attorney Topazio persuaded the Clerk Magistrate to give his client the benefit of the doubt and to find his client not responsible.
