The client, a 33 year old hotel employee, received a citation for speeding, hired Boston Criminal Attorney Steven J. Topazio to represent him at a Magistrate Hearing.  According to the citation, the client was caught on lidar traveling 60 mph in a posted 40 mph zone on Soldiers Field Road.  Today, Attorney Topazio persuaded the Magistrate to find his client not responsible.
