A 34 year old message therapist hired Boston Traffic Attorney Steven J. Topazio to represent him after receiving a speeding ticket on Mystic Avenue in Somerville. The ticket alleged that the client was caught on Lidar traveling 48 mph in a 30 mph zone. Today, Attorney Topazio convinced the Magistrate to find his client Not Responsible.
