The client, a 30 year old computer programmer, received a traffic ticket for failing to stop for a stop sign hired Boston Traffic Ticket Attorney Steven J. Topazio to represent him. Today, Attorney Topazio obtained a map of the intersection and argued that his client entered an intersection that was more conducive to a yield sign than an stop sign but nevertheless proceeded with caution when he rolled through the intersection instead of coming to a complete stop and persuaded the Clerk Magistrate to find his client Not Responsible.
